Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 1½ pounds, skins on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup (116 g) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (66 g) Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • chives, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Drizzle salmon with olive oil and rub to coat. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over the salmon filets. Seasoning the salmon with paprika and spices
  4. In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Divide in half (about ½ cup to brush, ½ cup to finish). Mixing the Bang Bang sauce ingredients in a bowl
  5. Brush the salmon evenly with ½ cup of sauce.
  6. Place filets skin-side down on the sheet, leaving space between pieces.
  7. Bake 8-10 minutes (start checking at 6). Internal temp: 145°F. For crispier tops, broil 1-2 minutes. Baking the salmon in the oven until crispy and golden
